Have you ever seen the morning blue and misty gray

And felt an immense love for Mary’s newborn babe

But do you sometimes feel, He doesn’t know your pain

We’re here, to tell you that He can

Take His hand – in the dark of night

Take His hand – when you wanna give up the fight

Take His hand – when there’s no more tears to cry

Let it bring you to your knees, and believe

 

Have you ever seen a sunset dressed in pinks and gray

And felt to thank the Lord for yet another day

Don’t let your troubles keep you from His love

Just let it bring you to your knees, and

Take His hand – in the dark of the night

Take His hand – don’t give up the fight

Take His hand – when there’s no more tears to cry

In the good times and the bad

Be exceedingly glad

Feel the joy And…

Look around

Be a friend

Wipe a tear, then

Do it all again

 

He’s engraven our names on His palms

Suffered our sorrows through pain

Only asks us to follow

The narrow road, back home

And He’ll give us a new heart

And the faith to endure

World’s without end are His promises

To those who love Him, and believe

When He takes us in His arms –
